  •  You (customer) must understand that this is your online training. I am not there to push you, to make sure your form is correct, or to set the tempo of your training. I am simply giving you the information to achieve your goals. I am giving you the knowledge to get yourself into the shape you want to be in. It is up to you to push yourself! Don’t cheat yourself out of a lifestyle change.
